There are 28 of us — broking, claims handling and back-office administration — in one office near Dublin's north docks, and the firm has been broking since 2001.

Starting out is possible here: the policy administration desk is where new colleagues learn the schedule, the underwriters and the claims process from the inside.
Salaries run €3,600–4,400 gross a month depending on experience, and the range we publish is the range we actually hire against.
Part-time here means roughly 20 to 24 hours across three or four days, mornings or afternoons as you prefer; hybrid roles sit at three days in our Dublin office.
